ICC Nametag Generator

1. Create the Google Sheet

Create a Google Sheet with individual names in each cell of a column, or first name in one column and last name in another.

2. Input the Sheet

Share the sheet with nametag@josiah-tools.iam.gserviceaccount.com
Due to ICC's current sharing settings, the sheet will have to be stored in a shared drive.

Enter the sheet URL:

Enter the sheet range (for an entire column use "A:A")

3. Create the Design

Create a Google Slides Presentation with a single slide. (Optional) Go to File > Page Setup to change the slide size to 4:3 ratio.
Add a text box with {{NAME}} where you want the names to appear.

4. Input the Presentation

Share the presentation with nametag@josiah-tools.iam.gserviceaccount.com and be sure to give edit access!
Due to ICC's current sharing settings, the presentation will have to be stored in a shared drive.

Enter the presentation URL:

Enter the text on the slide to be replaced (case sensitive)

5. Generate the Nametags

If you've filled everything out, choose any formatting options and click the button to generate the nametags.

6. Print Them!

You can make a sheet of 6 nametags by going to File > Print Preview and then choosing "Handout - 6 slides per page" and "Portrait" orientation.
Or just download each slide as an image and print them however you want.
